The Blusher Package

The perfect combination of services for those brides and couples looking for help getting started with the planning and locking down all the major elements that are imperative to planning a smooth and successful event.

• Initial Consult - This is when you will begin to paint the picture for Busy Bride of what you have always envisioned your day to be like. We will also discuss the budget for your event at this time. This is an important meeting and will drive much of the planning services that we provide. We'll need to set aside a few hours for this meeting.
• Budget guidance – Busy Bride will help you to identify as many expenses associated with your day as possible and allocate funds to best achieve your vision for the day.
• Timeline for planning – Don't fall behind in the planning process. Busy Bride will help to create a time line specific to your event to keep you on track with the planning and/or payment due dates.
• Assistance in selection of Venue and Vendors - Busy Bride will present you vendor options, based on your requirements, until the best suitable venue and vendors for your needs has been identified. Vendors include such services as DJ, florist, baker, hair and makeup artists, etc.
• Décor, theme, and favor selection assistance – Express yourself through color, themes, flowers, centerpieces, and favors. Share with your guests a special token that defines the two of you, or show them your appreciation for sharing your day. Busy Bride will design the picture perfect look for your event.
• Phone calls/emails – We'll arrange to speak periodically as necessary by phone or email until all the elements of The Blusher Package have been fulfilled.
• Etiquette – Busy Bride will help you with maintaining proper etiquette during the planning process.

If after all the elements of your package have been fulfilled and you find you need additional services to help with your planning, simply call for more assistance. Busy Bride will do its best to further accommodate your needs if possible.

The Garter Package

A more in-depth offering of services, assisting you from the beginning of your planning through the day of your wedding. The Garter Package includes everything in The Blusher Package as well as the following:

• Budget tracking – Busy Bride will not only help you determine where all of your expenses will be, but will also help track the expenses to assist you with keeping within the budget. It's easy to lose track of how all the "little things" add up.
• Review all contracts of venues and vendors hired for your event – Another set of eyes to ensure timing and details are correct is imperative to ensuring a flawless event.
• Correspond with vendors on your behalf – Finding the time to make those five-minute phone calls to vendors here and there is actually harder than it seems when you are juggling a career, kids, etc. We'll take that task off of your plate.
• RSVP Handling – Busy Bride will track all of your RSVPs from invitations for you and help to design proper seating arrangements.
• Gift selection assistance for your Bridal Party – Honor your loved ones with the perfect token of your appreciation for taking part in your day. Let Busy Bride do the research based on your specifications to find the perfect gifts for your friends and family.
• Day of Services – Busy Bride will be present for your ceremony to help keep things running smoothly and ensure the best execution of details possible.
• Reception Services – Busy Bride will be present for the first two hours of your reception to get things started on schedule and make sure you get the most of your wedding reception. We want to make sure you get through all of your formalities without rushing them, and still have time to just enjoy yourself!
